No. A cap is made for one finish, so pick the cap for the finish you buy.

Both finishes are 28 mm, but the size alone does not decide the cap. Buy PCO 1810 caps for PCO 1810 preforms and PCO 1881 caps for PCO 1881 preforms.

Start with your capping line, because the caps you already use often decide the finish.

If your caps are PCO 1881, enquire for PCO 1881 preforms. If they are PCO 1810, enquire for PCO 1810 preforms.

If you are setting up a new line, decide the finish together with your cap supplier. PCO 1881 is the modern finish with less PET in the neck, and PCO 1810 is the classic, taller one.

After the finish, choose the weight from the table above. Your bottle design and blow-mould maker set it.

Say PCO 1810 or PCO 1881, then the weight, colour, order quantity in kilograms, and your city and state.
